Remote Support
Remote support will allow E - Techron Group technicians to remotely administer your computer to troubleshoot any software issues that can be delt with remotely. Hardware issues will not be able to be fixed via remote support but a majority of issues are software related.
1. Download the file to your desktop from this link here, Download Now! (See Figure 1)
2. Double click and open the saved file.
3. The E - Techron Group technician will instruct you which connection to double click on (See Figure 2).
4. Leave the rest up the E - Techron Group for trouble shooting your computer.
